Since joining CyberSource in early 2007, Pritesh has been responsible for delivering professional services and bespoke technical support to online merchants worldwide. His experience and comprehensive knowledge of the fraud arena allows Pritesh to recommend enhancements to merchants’ payment management solutions. He also has a deep appreciation of the cultural challenges and regional differences relating to preferred payment methods so is well placed to advise accordingly.

Pritesh provides personal consultancy across several vertical markets, including travel and retail. He’s worked with many of CyberSource’s enterprise customers, including Air India Express and Future Bazaar in India, as well as Codemasters and Debenhams in the UK.

Pritesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Surrey and completed his Master’s in Chemoinformatics at the University of Sheffield. He is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
