Liz Heaton - Analysis Manager John Lewis Business Protection
Liz has over 15 years experience of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Loss Prevention. She has been a key player in defining and establishing the Centralised Business Protection function for John Lewis Department stores which, 9 months ago, brought together Analysis, Fraud Investigation and Process audit capability to reduce loss across all business channels.
Her previous roles, all within John Lewis, were as a Manager in various Department Stores, giving her a customer service focus which ensures that loss mitigation strategies have overall commercial benefit.
